11.04 PAE not loading

I've recently decided to update ubuntu to 11.04, But it won't load on 11.04 on PAE can anyone help me out here?

Do you get error messages such as a kernel panic? If yes, it would be good if you could post them or make a screen shot.

your bios need to set PAE active (does it can ? is it set ?)

from synaptic: remove the generic kernel, and use only the generic-pae ones

then : sudo update-grub
