Universal USB Installer, NOT WORKING CORRECTLY!

I'm currently experiencing two kinds on problems.



Well I did manage to copy the Ubuntu .iso to my USB Stick, but all I got was shortcuts..

Then after that I got a visit from something like this -

Thank you for the reply, but UNetBootin creates shortcuts aswell. I have my attention to the isolinux folder, which I have to rename into syslinux and the two files in there aswell. Shortcut leads nowhere.
