Wine developement ideas,,,

I feel that ubuntu should be able to work with the windows network profile (you can save it to USB) to transfer settings across, if someone made an app that translated the settings apropriotely, it would save all network problems for everyone that dual boots with windows,
which would be fantastic and a feat in itself... I might be new to ubuntu but it doesnt mean i can't contribute developement ideas!

This has nothing to do with Wine. You need the native NetworkManager. Knowing MS, I guess the network profile is closed proprietary and poorly documented format, thus even if it is legally possible, it may be very hard to implement.

What are the problems that you need to resolve anyway. For all the time I have multi-booted I have never hard issues with the network.
