Hi,

Some of you may have seen my previous threads about setting up the correct environment for developing android applications.

I've finished the Hello World tutorial and found it simple and very understanding.

I'm running Eclipse with Android SDK setup which was given to me by another member in one of my previous threads.

But I've seem to have hit another brick wall.





I'm attempting to startup a similar application too world at war, or imobsters for example, the app i hope to create will not be based on these or anything to do with these, but the similar layout template I'm interested in created a similar type game.

Producing this in Eclipse seems rather difficult to get started.

Can anyone help produce the layout of a border and some buttons or some instructions on how to go about this ?

Some use the trick to create just a html viewing app and use html+css+javascript to program it.

Using CSS i get an error from Eclipse telling me to correct before i can run, using javas script works fine, but I'm not sure on the code to use to create the border and layout.
