A program skin not showing

I have the agn client (AT&T) installed. It all works except for the fact the the skins do not show up when I start it. I can barely see the location where I need to select in order to start and stop it. I did check in the /opt/agns/bin/skin folder and the skins are there. I checked the permissions of each of the skins in the folder and they are listed as root ownership.

so, how can I get these skins to show up when I start the program? thanks.

Are you starting the program with root permissions?

I personally would change the permissions of the skins to "full read/write" for everyone.

I changed all the permissions and still not luck. Something is not pointing to the skins when it launches. Just not sure where that might be. Thanks.
