Anyone ever heard of "Miss Ella Vator"? (Digging through past family boxes)

Just was wondering if it sounded familiar to any of the older generations on here. Have been digging through boxes trying to get rid of old stuff and found a small white box and inside it is a deck of playing cards plastic wrapped never opened and on the top card it just says "Miss Ella Vator". Anyone know? Is it something that was purposely left unopened due to something special about it you think? It came from a box with a mix of my grandfathers and great grandfathers stuff.
