View Full Version : [SOLVED] Sound problem after upgrade to 2.6.38-10 ubuntu 11.04

I am running Ubuntu 11.04 on an ACER ASPIRE ONE D257 CPU N570.

After I upgraded the kernel to 2.6.38-10, I get no sound from the headphone jack. Note - the internal speakers work fine as do USB headphones. The prior kernel worked fine.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The problem is fixed - really not sure how it got resolved.

Had me worried for a sec that when I updated It would happen to me too... curious how it just fixed tiself though?

@cacoon: This happened to me as well on a Pansonic F9, however it has not resolved itself. Any idea what fixed it?
