vista like menu

Can anyone tell me how to get vista like menu in Ubuntu. I followed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vd-HDRbFk, but it didn't work. On my ubuntu desktop I want to get rid of top panel and install vista like menu. Plz help.

by the way, why do you want a vista menu-like?
