I was trying to install java on ubuntu 11.4 and when it was almost done I accidentally closed the terminal. when I tried it again the terminal told me this

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

what should I do to get java working? I tried google first but almost all the links were in other languages. Any help will be appreciated
