Please help, I can't think of anything to do. I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 and Banshee and Rythmbox reads my iPod and even shows me what is on it, but when I try to drag music to the iPod (same way I do on my iPhone 3G) it says syncing and it just stays there. I even left it over night, but nothing. Can somebody please help? I just spent $250 on something I can't even use.

Install GTKPOD from the repos.
You can drag and drop songs, also create playlists.

When you add a song to your IPOD don't forget to "Save" it.

Have that also, it syncs then says "unsupported checksum type". Any other alternatives?
