Do you mean comics about Linux, or manga?
Because if it is the combination of the two, I don't think there is more of that out there.

if your looking for any manga any genre, gogoanime has alot, but this is the first manga ive seeb based on an os, cant wait to look

Yes, XKCD is the nerd comic. Although sometimes, you have to be really nerdy in order to find it funny.

With Ubunchu, you don't have to be that nerdy at all to find it funny (which is which I'll show it to my friends, over XKCD).

Other than those 2, I can't think of any others. I think some users here (Legendary Bibo comes to mind) have some comics they made.
