10.04 or 11.04 for library?

Should I Install 11.04 or 10.04 LTS on a computer being used in a library? It's fairly old, so I am wondering if it makes sense to run a LTS version.

I do not know the model # but I can tell you it is a HP desktop computer that was "Designed for Windows XP"

Yes, 10.04 is a better choice because of longer support.

+1 to 10.04 because of two reasons:
1) LTS support of 10.04
2) Stability of 10.04 over 11.04 after all this unity troubling the users..
