Hello everyone

i'm trying to display an image as screensaver, so i set 2 files:

a config file in /usr/share/applications/screensaver
and the python screensaver in /usr/lib/xscreensaver

the python script display a picture in fullscreen without all decorator..

and when os launch my script as screensaver, i get only a black screen. So have you got any idea ? or May be I forget one config thing to do or I don't know :/

Thanks for help

After looking on web, it seems that I must use Xlib python to do what I want..

Xlib is extremely low level, so I'm asking if another solution exist?

Problem: Just display an image as screensaver with python.. A custom screensaver. I have to use a custom script because script do something in background.

Thanks for help
