Double click mouted partition icon TWICE

U have a small glitch in my destop (Ubuntu Classic).

The first double click on the desktop icon showing a mounted partition doesnt open up nautilus.
When I do it the second time, it does so.

Is this a bug?
Anyone else with the same issue??

This has happened to me also since I upgraded from 8.04 to 10.04.

I have to click once, then the normal double click.

When the folder has been opened once, then it works with a normal double click.

It would be nice to get a solution to this.

Yes, I see this too. Also, the first time the partition icon is double-clicked, there is a noticeable delay before the Nautilus window opens. I find this quite irritating but, sorry, I don't know of a solution.

So that makes it good enough to be reported as a bug I suppose.
Lets hope they get a solution

I have this same problem too. I get around it by right click > open.
