using gnome-keyring as ssh key-agent

[Xubuntu] How do I get gnome-keyring to act as my ssh key-agent? I start the service (SSH Key Agent(GNOME Keyring: SSH Agent)) but whenever a key is needed, regular ssh-agent will ask for a password instead. any ideas?
