Currently, I am running different versions of Linux on 3 or 4 different machine, and I have no idea why I never thought about this before, but I was thinking about running Ubuntu on my Macbook Pro (Duo Core Intel).
I have done some reading up on it, and it seems to be that the way to go is using rEFIT. Is there anyway for me to not use it? Currently, I use Bootcamp to dual boot OSX and Windows. I would prefer to use Bootcamp to triple boot, so the Mrs. doesn't have to do anything with it. She is a total OSX fan, but I am slowly getting her to switch over to Linux as it is the only OS on my netbook. With rEFIT, she would have to choose which OS to start up. I would prefer to just let it boot OSX when she uses it and have me choose using Bootcamp when I use it.
I know it is something pretty stupid, but I think the less she has to do when turning on the laptop, the better.
Am I pretty much, for a lack of better terms, stuck using rEFIT, or is there a way to do things with Bootcamp?
Thanks in advance
