Hello,
A little introduction to this one:
base system - backtrack. added ubuntu repositories and working mostly as ubuntu.
X server keeps crashing randomly. Some times it won't crash for 3 days, sometimes 3 times in an hour. no apparent action connects to the crash as far as i can see.
Important - computer won't shut down or die. just goes back to terminal mode, no GUI and keeps working as before (won't even disconnect from the wireless network). startx will load server successfully again.
added is the xserver log.
(gz extension at file is fake. file ending is .log but the forums don't recognize that type of file)
