Software center , Synaptic , and apt-get doesn't works

Salam all ,

I have a problem in softwares installation
when I open the software center it shows the first page but when serching or when I select a category
it shows the animation of waiting for ever

when I open Synaptic Pakages Manaer it shows theses errors

E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/tn.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_main_i18n _Translation-en
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report. apt-get shows this text in terminal ](*,)

help please !
