So, something that I haven't seen before on an OS that I always think about is an Individual Windows Volume Control.
Situation:
1. YouTube opened in one tab and your listening to your favorite song.
2. Facebook opened in another tab and you are chatting with someone.
3. While in a third tab doing whatever, you keep getting the IM notification sound and it is ruining your song.
That's just one situation it could resolve, given the program/feature could also control the separate tab's volumes.
Anybody else understand what I'm thinking?
