Scoll Bar

I have been trying to post to the forum about this but didn't succeed..

Almost all Ubuntu system apps have this small scroll button now instead of a scroll bar which I'm finding very hard to use, and it just doesn't appear sometimes forcing me to using the page up and down keys instead.

Does anyone know how to revert back to normal scroll bars? I see this effect is present in Ubuntu 11.04 in Unity and GNOME.

this is a real headache any help appreciated

sudo apt-get remove overlay-scrollbar liboverlay-scrollbar-0.1-0
