Mail readers????

Hi all, can anybody recommend a good mail reader?
I have my own PO3, IMAP server. But need to bring my mail in to read. (saves going on line, logging in, etc)
This 'Evolution' is just not up to it. One minutes it knows what it's doing, the next, it's asking for PW's which it should have stored.
I have put up with it, but now getting Peed off.
So, Help. Which are the good ones? Calender, mail, contacts a must. Memo, Tasks would be good to.
Outlook, now that did it all.

Personally, Thunderbird with the Lightning (calendar) add-on.

Thunderbird is good. Maybe give Claws-mail a look too.
