Hi everyone,
I have a strange problem: my desktop folder is deleted randomly, without me doing anything.
I noticed it, when my Desktop was showing the content of my home folder, since after a reboot my user directories where updated and a desktop folder couldn't be found. I already created a new desktop folder and updated the user-dirs-file, but didn't restart the xsession. When I closed Firefox, the desktop folder vanished from my desktop, i.e. my home folder. I'm not sure whether firefox triggered this or whether it was a coincidence.
Does anyone experience the same thing or have any ideas why this is happening??
