Whenever I search something in Ubuntu menu, the embarrassing recent documents and recent downloads lists just show up. I tested some ways to remove it, including using Ubuntu Tweak or BleachBit. But It simply doesn't work on latest Ubuntu 11.04. Who can help me? It's real frustrating.

This is what I use:
http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2011/05/activity-log-manager-for-zeitgeist-lets-you-blacklist-files-and-apps-delete-your-history-more/

You'll need to update your version of zeitgeist for it to work. The instructions are in the blog post.

EDIT: Krytarik was speedier. :)
