Top 10 Ubuntu 11.04 Unity Panel Applets

I saw this link in an earlier post or somewhere. I am not convinced that this is Unity.

I installed number 10, Radio Tray. It appears and works in Ubuntu Classic mode but it does not appear in the top panel in Unity. I can load it from the Dash but nothing happens that I can see. I can drag the icon to the launcher and it will stick there but clicking the icon has no noticeable effect. So, I doubt very much the claim that these are Unity panel applets.

I just tested the Radio Tray in unity and I started it from dash , clicked the top panel icon and added a station url in preferences . It plays fine , but I did not drag the icon from the top panel to the launcher panel . I have also used the weather indicator , but have found something I like better .

I hate the overuse of indicator applets. It defeats the entire purpose of having moved to indicator applets over gnome panel applets, or the notification area.

The only one I use is Caffeine, which is awesome.

Did anyone else wonder why the shadow under the panel kept getting darker and darker as you went down through the screenshots.
