View Full Version : Switching back to Classic Gnome view

June 28th, 2011, 12:46 PM
I have recently updated to the new looking Ubuntu 11.04. To be honest I do not really like the new interface, it looks good and everything but I cannot find anything I look for. I always had to type into the search box and look stuff up that way, because the applications, places and system buttons disappeared from the top of the screen. So I quickly changed back to the classic Gnome view, since I was already used to using that. If you would like to do the same, go ahead and read my blog post, you can access my pages if you click on my signature. Have fun!

Thank you very much for the free tutorial. Glad it's really easy to do, too.:)
