shipit is shipping Ubuntu 6.06 LTS (Dapper Drake) CDs.. is that the final release for the pubilc? or only meant to be for testing.. i basically want to upgrade from breezy to dapper to be used as my only OS.. so can i do it with this release or what basically should i wait for?

Drapper Drake will be stable on 1 June. Until then there will be a lot of tweaks. If you don't want to tweak a lot or get a lot of updates, then wait till then.

They're not shipping, they're taking orders.

The final release is around the 1st of June.

Yes shipit is the final release. The cd's will take 4-6 weeks to arrive after official release though.
