computer didn't turn off after "init 0"

Hi,
since I've updated my computer to natty amd-64 it didn't turn off. The blue Kubuntu-Screen appears. When I move to TTY1 I will somtimes see the message I'm going to halt now and somtimes a message that some Runlevel Processes will be killed.

But the computer will never turn off. Has somebody the same Problem or a solution?

lot of users have such issues, bugs have been reported too (search "turn off")

Yes, there a a few messages, but nobody did solve the problem!
