I ordered some Ubuntu CD's a little time ago, on shipit.

1 week ago I find a note in my mailbox, saying I wasnt home when they came with my package. I notized that it wasnt the regular Post Danmark, that delevert the package. It was a company called http://www.dpddk.dk/

why do we use them?

Anyways the note told me to call or send a mail about when I was home, and they would bring the package to me by then. So I called, and we arranged Monday (this week). So I waited. And waited some more! I waited, and waited and nothing showed up.

I waited until Thursday(yesterday), and still Noting??](*,)

Then I called them again.

Gave the lady my package number, and then i got the horrorble news!

They have sendt my package back to the sender!!

Now what do I do? Can I order again?

Man I think this is bad service, I know this is not Shipit's fault at all, but Im sure Dpddk.dk make money getting a package sent 2 (or maybe 3?) times, instead of one.

Man I hate this kind of practices.
Hope you'll get nice Dapper CDs when the time comes... :(

go to shipit and check the status of your order.

If you order again you'll order Dapper cd's and have to wait for 4-6 weeks.

You can find a bit more information here : http://www.ubuntu.com/support/faq

I hope you'll get your cd's soon.

Mine were sent with Post Danmark.
