hello, I am a newbi in using ubuntu, and I just got this video

The effect is so great, I set my ubuntu just like that, only one 1 that I can't do.
I just find map effect 'shiver' in wobbly windows
but I think there is 'beam' effect in the video, any idea? Thanks
