Hi,
I was unsuccessful in my attempts to boot from the ocz revodrive x2. I followed different fixes posted on different forums and coudln't make them work. I tried them both with ubunut and suse.
I think I am not linux savvy enough...
Anyway, what are the chances that this bug (777531) (see e.g. http://fossplanet.com/f10/%5Bbug-777531%5D-%5Bnew%5D-grub-fails-install-ocz-revodrive-156080/ )
will be fixed in the next release of any major linux distro?
Who sets the priorities? Does the number of users who want to boot from raid0 ssds have to exceed a critical threshold?
Cheers,
duschl
