Macbuntu on 11.04 no bottom bar

Hello, I just installed Macbuntu on 11.04. What keeps happening is every time I reboot the bottom bar goes away. How can I make it from disappearing, and how do I edit the shortcuts on it (add/remove)? Last question how can I remove it (if I want to). I tried and get this error with ./uninstall.sh force:
