Plain cheesecake! It's so perfect the way it is, that even good things like chocolate or strawberries or raspberries lower it's quality.

(That is, as long as it's well-made cheesecake. If it isn't, then other flavors serve to cover its lack of quality.)

Then I guess I still follow the five food groups :). I only eat dessert when I need to be polite. With my family or by myself I never eat any dessert, and rarely eat anything sweet.
