YouTube (et al) videos constant buffering

Whenever I try to watch YouTube videos or videos on certain news sites, they seem to stop every few seconds and buffer. Is there anything I can do to stop this? I have downloaded and installed Adobe Flash 10 and the ubuntu plug-in pack.

Run a test at http://speedtest.net/

Maybe is just a matter of a bad bandwidth.

Just in case: Clean up the cache of your browser, a saturated cache of files can cause that as well...

Yes there is something you can do.....I suggest you get a new ISP if the buffering bothers you. With me it's a fact of life (buffering) as I have very little choice in the matter where I live.
