Hi,
I just installed Ubuntu 11.04 on my HP 110-3605TU netbook. The installation via WUBI went fine, with no errors... but after selecting Ubuntu, the splash screen loads, (the one with the small white dots) and after a while, the netbook hangs. ive tried installing via a USB stick, but the Live Image wont load beyond that point.
ive searched the interweb for a solution, but the only one ive found was one asking me to disable my network card, and then load ubuntu, and then re enable the network card (via BIOS). ive checked the BIOS settings, but there isnt any option to disable the BIOS.
Anyone have any solution?
PS. i Dont have a hardware button for the WiFi, but i dont think wifi is the issue, just the Networking adapter.
Im Running N570 @ 1.66Ghz, Atom, with 2 GB Ram.
