I've installed phpMyAdmin .. but I cant access it

anyone helps ?

Did you try to write localhost/phpmyadmin on the browser address bar?
Or Can you see it on the menu list?

Yes, I tried to type http://localhost/phpmyadmin ... but I got 404 Not Found
& what do you mean with menu list ??
