Has anyone created a custom ubuntu colour scheme for the Gmail web interface?

Why don't you create one yourself, using the "create your own theme" option?

I don't think your customised theme would be available to others but yourself.

So if you want a proper Ubuntu Gmail theme, this isn't the correct place to
ask for it. You'll have to contact Google and ask them to make one.
