Is there a bug in ubuntu 11.04 dvd image write to disk ?

I have tried lately to create a a new dvd using unbuntu 11.04
write to disk, it always ended in errors.
I insert a blank dvd the right click on the iso I want to burn after while I always get burning stopped because of error.
This is only in 11.04 I have experienced.

If you use Windows; download ImgBurn. Install it. Go to Mode>ISO. Set the speed to 1x

Is your error "SCSI error on write(95008,16)". Is it a USB external CD-writer?
Of course, it's not impossible the drive has gone bad. Can you try it on another OS?
