sry the procces it ways eatting that was the URemote Java app for android remote server.... but it didnt showed up in process list

So how did you find out which it was?

i googled this "ubuntu high cpu usage" and go through the problems of other users and someone sad that this can do java processes. and i've installed the Uremote yesterday, and i noticed this today so i've tried to uninstall it reboot and it worked...
