"Installing the base system" takes too long

During the last 20% or so of "Installing the base system" it connects to the internet and gets files. How do I tell it not to? My firewall says it connects to "atemoya.canonical.com" and "bignay.canonical.com".

Why don't you want it to download files? It is probably fetching updated packages.

it takes over a hour to download them on my internet that has become really slow, I'm trying to test my preseed files, I'm also trying to test other configurations.

I don't want to wait to download something that I can save on my network and install from there instead.
