Liferea Problem

I installed Liferea and it worked for about half an hour. Then it would not open any more. I did a complete uninstall then reinstalled it, and I'm still having the same problem. This time it didn't work from the start. When I run it from terminal I get:


ERROR:ui_node.c:195:ui_node_add: assertion failed: (NULL == ui_node_to_iter (node->id))
Aborted

Any ideas? I would like to get this working.
