How to use sgfxi under Ubuntu?

Did anyone succesfully installed sgfxi under Ubuntu 10.04.2?
Whenever i try it i get this: chmod: changing permissions of 'sgfxi': Operation not permitted.


I'm using these commands:
cd /usr/local/bin
wget -O sgfxi smxi.org/sgfxi && chmod +x sgfxi

Please advise! Many thanks!

I Know gksu-nautilus Is Helpful To Me For permissions. It Adds A Right Click To The Shell. Open As Admin. Hers A Link Also You Might Already Have!
