It seems to be done with KDE, not with gnome classic.

I'm on KDE now, but it doesn't seem to be among the standard effects. I'll search a little further.

I guess the fact that it's in KDE is irrelevant, and I didn't find it in compiz settings either.

There was an experimental Freewins (http://wiki.compiz.org/Plugins/Freewins) plugin that worked
with the previous version of compiz on Maverick.
Don't think it works with 11.04.

I used a script from HERE (http://forum.compiz.org/viewtopic.php?f=114&t=12012&sid=e2e0e52985fe289dd25286d832d9e060&start=40) to download and compile experimental plugins for Maverick.
You may want to keep an eye on it to see if anything develops for Natty.

Thank for your advice! i've tried this plugin. It messed up my ubuntu as expected :)). Unity is such a bother to me now since Compiz can't be tweaked like before anymore.
