Hi I've checked the forums for how to get "encrypt" back.
I have just installed kubuntu 11.04
The "encrypt" (right click) option has disappeared; "decrypt" is still there.
Using gpg at the command line creates .gpg files which are are invisible in dolphin until reboot (so I can't right click them anyway!).

I have reinstalled seahorse and seahorse-plugins - and done all the obvious things...
This must be a dolphin bug perhaps.
To clarify: my old .pgp files are always visible in dolphin.
