Hi
I want to report a bug, but I don't know where to report it. (Metacity, compiz,...)
(I run a regular up to date version of Ubuntu in Ubuntu classic mode)
The problem: Window corners are round, so there is a little bit of transparency in the corner. To establish this transparency effect, metacity (I guess) shows the wallpaper in the transparent part of the corner. But the gnome panel (when on top) drops a shadow on top of the wallpaper and because there is no real transparency this shadow isn't shown in the window corner. As a result you can clearly see the contrast between the window corner and the wallpaper.
Does anyone know where to report this bug? Or is there a solution?
