Dear Ubuntu community,

I want to install Ubuntu on a SATA drive (my computer has also two IDE drives with windows installed)
Can you please point me as to how can I install without raid software? would I have to change any settings in the BIOS?

(
I did a server installation and raid was installed:
cat /etc/fstab
/dev/mapper/mypc-root / ext3
/dev/mapper/mypc-swap_1 none swap
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy0 auto
)
