I've been trying to upgrade to Open Office 3.3 with no luck at all.
I've uninstalled all the packages from 3.2, per the instructions, but I'm having no luck at all with the terminal commands.

Anybody have a suggestion?
Thanks
Rye

You didn't specify which commands were the ones with which you're having no luck. I'll hazard a guess about this, which is a guess. I suspect your d/l is in Downloads. Have you changed to the Downloads directory
cd Downloadsbefore issuing the commands? If this isn't the issue, do you need to be root? If so, preface the commands with "sudo" (w/o the quotation marks).

Are you trying to install it from the repositories?
