Exporting netbeans plugins

If I install netbeans plugins in my computer, is there another way to export them to other computers. Actually my friends do not have internet access.

Netbeans plugins are distributed as .nbm files:

I don't know of a way to extract the generate a collection of .nbm files from an installation (but that doesn't mean it can't be done).
