Some of the areas on my screen do not respond to clicking. Whether its the desktop, or a windowed program, I can not click in these small dead areas. They respond to moving the mouse (it doesn't skip over), but mouse up and mouse down don't work there.
If my explanation needs clarification, just let me know.
