Has anybody recieved a phone call from the WS Learning Center?
there ridiculous, they have been calling, asking to talk to my parents, then hanging up
I was just wandering if anybody else had the same experience

This doesn't sound like any learning center. It could be an attempt at a scam or someone is trying to check if/when there will be nobody home ... or just someone bored who thinks they are ultra clever.

it is, i am also on their do not call list and on the national do not call list

i did some research, they are based in phili but the phone number is from miami

Even if you are on the "do not call list" they can still call you if you gave them permission. My Bank constantly calls me with offers even though I am on the "do not call list". Only other Banks cannot do that.

If this is legitimately the learning center, then you must be in their system for some reason. Get your parents to call them and tell them to stop calling (or you can call if you are old enough).
