Download all packages

Ok UI figured this would be the place to ask this question. I would like to download all the repositories to my PC for those crazy times when I don't have internet and need to install a program. I guess I would be making my PC a LAN Repository. What is the easiest/fastest way to get all the packages?

You could try APT on CD or Keryx for offline package management:
